Ms. Gavazza de Araujo,

Thank you for your patience.

Forest Lawn Memorial-Parks & Mortuaries permits visitation within The Great Mausoleum only to guests who have been given visitation rights by families who own property within the mausoleum. If you wish to purchase flowers you may do so. Only Forest Lawn Flower Shop staff is permitted to place the flowers.
However, if you plan to visit Los Angeles, our Memorial Parks are open to the public and you may visit Monday thru Sunday from 8 am to 5 pm. For more information on upcoming events and exhibits, please visit www.forestlawn.com.

I hope I have been of service. If you have any further questions, feel free to reply or to contact us directly at 1-800-204-3131 or 323-254-3131.

Fernanda questiona

Maria Reza, Good afternoon.
Thank you so much for answer me, I really appreciate it.
I'm really sorry for boring you once again but I have another doubt. If I sent flowers I can't get in to the Mausoleum because I don't have permission, right?? So, how close can I stay from Michael Jackson's grave?? Is there any chance in the future of the Forest Lawn open the gates to the fans and give us the chance to say goodbye for him one last time??
Thank you one more time.
Hope you have a great year and God Bless you!!!

Resposta do Forest Lawn

Ms. Gavazza,

Only Forest Lawn Flower Shop staff is permitted to place the flowers.
This area is not open to the general public. Only family has access and only families who own property in the Mausoleum can
give permission to other visitors. It is up to the family to keep information private and therefore we will always honor the wishes of
the families which we serve.

I hope this answers your questions. It was a pleasure to be of service.

Thank you,
Maria Reza
